      Pros

      Datadog is growing as fast as it can to help continue to support the increasing customer base with no signs of slowing down. I've been provided a ton of opportunity, despite only having been with the company for 10 months and am confident my career will continue to grow while here. The dynamic environment and the ability to give feedback and actually steer the direction of the company's trajectory are incredible.

      Cons

      For me personally I have no cons, however, if you have a hard time dealing with change, working here may not be the best for you. Our commitment to continuously improve our product, service, and customer relationships have us constantly tweaking the way we approach things.

      A fast growing and cool company to work for

      Pros

      Datadog is an awesome, fast growing company with a really cool product and an amazing team! As a software engineering intern, I received decent pay, 3 free lunches a week, snacks, and really cool projects that are still in use today. The experience was pretty much anything you could ask for as an intern. I actually learned quite a bit here that I probably couldn't ever really learn properly in school, and I really appreciate the experience! Also Oli is hilarious on Slack.

      I really can't think of much to say here other than I wish I could have got to know everyone a bit better!

      Pros

      - great snacks in office - hybrid schedule is nice - Datadog is well known in industry - best in class product

      Cons

      - on the rep level, org is not doing well. on org level, org is doing well. org attainment is probably above 100% but median rep attainment is probably 20% - territory is awful. lots of software companies with 5 engineers and 4 of the 5 are in India. truly ran through. - inbound is virtually non-existent - managers keep leaving - rep tenure is awful - very very few promotions upmarket (like 2 reps a year out of a sales floor of 90) - required to be in the office until 5:30pm every day. no flexibility on in-office days
