      Pros

      Datadog is a company where you will grow alongside it's own growth. It's a place full of people who want you to succeed, who celebrate your authenticity, and who strive to support your professional and personal passions. I had the pleasure to experience so much of the company's growth and positive change over the last 4 years, and just like any company, there is always room for improvement. But Datadog wants to keep improving. They take feedback seriously, and strive to create a great workplace for all employees. Their people are their greatest perk, and if you want to work in a company where you will grow, you will be challenged, and you will learn, then Datadog is the place for you.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, there are more challenges around visibility of individual work and success, which can make it difficult for career progression. They're navigating a new enterprise size environment, which naturally is going to come with growing pains and an understanding of what programs will scale, and what no longer serves the business, and in this time of transition there have been some bumps along the road.
