We're sorry that you haven't enjoyed our office spaces. After two years of full-time remote work, however, we do believe that a hybrid workplace experience is the best option to encourage the innovation and collaboration that happens in person. Many employees also missed being in person with their coworkers, as well as the perks of our office catered lunches, co-working spaces, team activities and more. We appreciate you taking the time to write this honest review. With hyper growth comes growing pains and we're sorry to hear you've experienced some of ours. Our Talent Development team runs regular manager trainings across the company to help better arm our leaders with the tools to grow successful teams and individuals, and we've seen a positive impact on leadership practices coming out of these trainings.
