      Fun technical challenges, smart people, good company and great perks

      Cons

      No clear career path for anybody above engineering manager. Fast growing and getting more corporate.

      It's a very growing company, so it's easy to earn sales. There are also many resources available for growth.

      Cons

      On the other hand, some people quit without getting numbers. Continued activities are important for achieving results.

      Pros

      Hard, interesting problems, which comes with scaling this rapidly. Respectful, open culture. So much room to grow.

      Cons

      Growing pains - if you're used to big company life, you might see it as a lack of stability. If you're fresh out of school or coming from a small company, you'll probably benefit/thrive.
