Pros

- Disruptive technology that continues to evolve (APM, Logs, etc.) as the technology landscape changes, empowering the sales team to sign prominent companies from a variety of verticals - Supported by some of the most talented / intelligent engineers in the software space. Customers / prospects constantly recognizing and complimenting the team's efforts. (Refreshing coming from a company that lacked this) - Leadership team that is dedicated to rewarding hard working team members - Recently scaled out sales enablement team that is dedicated to the success/ramping of new hires and continued growth of longstanding team members. - Beer cart Friday - Amenities for just about everything - New, Boston office in the heart of financial district - easy commute from just about everywhere.

Cons

- Continued growth / scaling leads to change, if you are unable to adapt - might not be the best fit.

Pros

Gorgeous offices A lot of opportunity and responsibilities A lot of perks Friendly workers Amazing culture

Cons

This could be considered a con (for lazy/unmotivated people) The company and culture is simply amazing, but in return you are expected to work hard and be the best you can be.

Pros

- No matter how big the company gets, it still has that small company feel. Meaning that there is a strong community feel to the organization. -Constant engineering man-power is put into the product, making it a best of breed product while staying ahead of the curve. -Management is always looking out for whats best for the individual as far as career growth goes, which is very rare for companies undergoing a lot of growth.

Cons

- As with any start-up, things are always changing so the ability to be flexible and be a "5-tool player" is crucial.
