      Pros

      Datadog has impressed me since day one. Whether it’s the people, the product or the office, Datadog has been the right move for me. Datadog’s executives are frequently in Boston and they sincerely care about us. There’s a nice culture balance between being a family and being competitive. I’m surrounded by a talented sales group and we’re just getting started.

      Cons

      Our Boston office has been dealing with some upgrades over the past month, so I’ve shuffled seats a couple of times. As a remote office, we rely heavily on internal tools to communicate with our engineering and marketing teams in NYC. However, it’s common to see new faces visiting the Boston office each month.

      Nearly impossible quotas Most reps miss, even the tenured ones High turn over Unhealthy hours - the job is 8:30am to 5:30 pm but you're expected to come in early and stay late

      Pros

      The engineers are both skilled and good to work with. Building a product that is useful and sold to customers, vs selling your users is a pleasure.

      Cons

      Management recently added an AI mandate, so look elsewhere if you don't want to be required to use LLMs
