      Pros

      Great culture! Everyone that I interact with is super smart, motivated, and welcoming. The benefits are great. The problems that my team works on are interesting and challenging. I'm surprised at how much our team gets to act like a startup within the organization. It's a large company (6000+) but feels small and agile. The organization is very diverse, with people from all sorts of backgrounds and located all over the world. Cross-team collaboration happens often and feels natural. Leadership is clear on goals, constructive with feedback, and understanding when plans need to change. They are also quick to provide solutions to problems and encourage people to escalate issues when necessary. All around, the office is non-toxic. The founders are super smart, down-to-earth, honest, and approachable.

      Cons

      Some teams working on products that have been around for a long time can be conservative in approach and slow moving, which is understandable for a large, established company.

      Not an enjoyable experience. Very rigid and poor management, culture of fear and individualism

      Pros

      Benefits, trips, equipments, parties. The members of the team are collaborative and very nice, not the managers.

      Cons

      Rigid and not very skilled management where rudeness is key, humiliating tone used towards the team members as we were in the school, no mistakes are allowed, no effective communication, collaboration doesn’t exist. Unnecessary pressure on the onboarding process and adaptation. No empathy, no flexibility. No team culture and individualism is promoted by the manager in Dublin. Extremely vertical organisation of the Payroll team, excess of control from the senior management.
