Not the most interesting product, disfunctional management culture that's grown too quickly.

Pros

Salary, Possibility of Good Travel

Cons

Across the board this will seem like a dream job and on paper it should be. Then you will find within the first few weeks that the place is toxic. There are some good people here, but almost none of them are in management. You will bring sound experience to the company, which is how you were hired, they will listen to almost none of it and instead tell you how to do the job you've been hired for just to hear themselves talk. Management will often speak on distinct subjects relating to your field of expertise as if they have more experience then you do, but they don't. Your work will be wildly over complicated by in-fighting above you and inept processes. There will be an obsessive push to organize complete disorganization. You will find that if you are not under 30 and willing to deal with a lot of BS or over 55 and trying to pad your 401k that there is no true place for you at this company. I can't guarantee that all roles at this company will go this way, but almost every person I've known has come to this conclusion. If they even suspect for a moment that you aren't a true believer in every single thing they tell you to do in your role, you will be fired. I have never worked in another position and seen this many people surrounding me be fired for no other reason then personality clashes and a lack of dedication to actually making people better at their jobs. I spent almost my entire time working here moonlighting trying to find another job, it was a terrible experience. This role taught me the often repeated lesson, "your job is as good as your manager". If you have other options, choose them.
