Pros

Work life balance is actually respected, unlimited PTO is actually respected and utilized, hybrid policy is pretty loose

Cons

Compensation is below market rate, growth is leading to a lot of bureaucracy being introduced

The people you work with are great and direct management cares about your growth. Stress of the job itself is low and there is support from other teams.

Cons

Too much emphasis on KPI's that are at times unrealistic.
