      Pros

      People are really friendly, willing to help, work is pretty interesting, short working hours.

      Cons

      Management is pretty confused about the big picture, results in having the wrong things being built. Some diversity related issues were not addressed appropriately.

      This job is hard... but worth it.

      Pros

      -Industry leading product market fit -Multiple opportunities and avenues to land with a prospective customer -Good support at the manager and sales engineering levels -Industry leading sales training - COMM Value Framework and MEDDIC -Lucrative compensation structure commission wise

      Cons

      -Product is very technical -Long hours are required to learn that product and sell effectively -You have to be self motivated at a certain point. -Murky waters on deal progression and partnership deals - The company is growing so quickly that process is not ironed out fully. You will have to wade through the dark on certain processes
