      Pros

      - Sharp product & customer-focused company - Work-life balance is solid. You can put your phone down unless on-call after 8pm - A very technical group of people - Tons of learning opportunities

      Cons

      - Grew fast and there are typical growing pains/Typical public company stuff & bureaucracy incoming - A lot of cooks in the kitchen - management is new to management and that shows

      Great Company To Work For

      Pros

      One of the best products in its field makes it an easy sell and keeping retainment high. Company consistently reinvests in the product which gives confidence that they believe in what they are doing and where they are going. Co-founders are still heavily involved in the DTD and just get it. They consistently treat employees with great respect and value Clients love the product which makes for an easy conversation. Benefits are top notch including Stock that is given once hired.

      Cons

      Still growing the product and its offerings which leads some growing pains. Some processes are a bit redundant and need to be more efficient Murky waters and process for promotion
