      Pros

      Culture culture culture! It stems from the top down and the C suite are extremely positive, communicative and they really look our for how the employees are doing. Datadog compensates employees well and the benefits are amazing. (fitness reimbursement, pet adoption assistance, child care subsidy/adoption assistance and more!)

      Cons

      Would be nice if there was a 401k match however you will probably make more on the equity you receive.

      Pros

      I felt that they gave you a plan on how to succeed but let you find your own path to success. If you met your quota consistently there was a path to promotion.

      Cons

      No cons from my POV but many AEs would discuss lack of prep in small business accounts.

      Pros

      Datadog is a company that truly cares about its employees. The company invests in tools to ensure employees have everything they need to succeed in their roles. Even during this pandemic, I was able to complete the hiring process (thanks Kelly L!) and on-boarding was seamless (thanks Uliana B.!).

      Cons

      In my opinion, there aren't any cons to working at Datadog.
