I have gotten the chance to work with some of the smartest people I have encountered in my career at Datadog. Everyone is passionate about what they do, which makes working hard a fun thing to do. During the downturn, Datadog has taken care of employees and shifted recruiters to other parts of the business, allowing them to learn and contribute in new ways. This speaks volumes of management's care for their people and I am very lucky to be a part of Datadog/grow my career here.
