Managers are extremely rude. No concern for your well being.

Pros

Diversity & Inclusion - great people to work with - good tools & learning opportunities

Cons

Terrible management - No one reaches quota - Difficult market fit (in Europe) - Worldwide teams have the same targets (So DACH has the same as spain, which makes no sense). Datadog is now officially an Enterprise level company hiding to remain a "start-up"....

Pros

Office lunch x3 days a week, health insurance

Cons

Sales org is , the expectation is you wont hit your quota, you'll be lucky to hit 50%. Management overhired the past 2 years and now account patches are thinned out to the point they've run out of accounts to give to reps. First line managers are powerless to make any changes. Complex pricing structure has long been a known issue but nothing has been done.
