Terrible management who treat this role like you have a 1.5 million dollar number to hit, very hard on optics and focus on the quantity of calls/emails rather than quality. . Cool office with a bunch of booths and couches to make it seem like it's a laid back environment but penalize and shame you for not sitting at your desk. Frat boy type attitude and very hard to move up internally to the next step as an AE.
