      Great Place to Learn

      - Great place to learn how to run sales cycles - Excellent training in CoM and MEDDICC

      Cons

      - Territories are *extremely* saturated, making it very difficult to hit quota - 99% outbound into a tiny account list, inbound leads are just about nonexistent

      Interesting job, nice people, limited growth opportunity

      Pros

      * Very interesting set of problems to work on. * Most teams are very nice and easy to talk to, mostly good company culture. * Decent compensation. * A lot of very talented people to work with.

      Cons

      Only a select few get promotions beyond Senior Software Engineer. Once you want to get promoted to a Staff Engineer, you're told that for that position you have to work on large multi-team problems, but you're not given time to do that because you're still a Senior Engineer and have to work on firefighting and regular stuff. Very disappointing for me.

      Good product and training but poor leadership

      Pros

      Great product/market fit. Good training and onboarding programs. Some of the best training you can find in SaaS sales.

      Cons

      1. Poor leadership - Middle managers are inexperienced. They were great ICs that were promoted but poor leadership capabilities. They don't set you up for success and tend to micro manage which has resulted in alarmingly high attrition rates. 2. Too many AEs that is resulting in account saturation and under performance. Almost impossible to meet quota as average deal size is small and long sales cycles. In APAC, only 10-12% met quota out a of a team of 30 AEs. Mind boggling. 3. Commissions are capped. No incentive to close bigger (>USD20K MRR) deals.
