      Pros

      The company is growing FAST. Is it a lot of work? Yes, but it's meaningful work, work that you feel proud to do it and you do it with people who care about you more than the work itself.

      Cons

      As we grow the organizational structure is getting a bit outdated. We're due for a re-org!
