3yWe appreciate you taking the time to share your candid experience with us. Feedback is part of the Datadog culture and we strive to seek out and implement change in order to foster the best workplace environment we can for every employee. We will take back this feedback as we see tremendous value in incorporating guidance from these reviews, as well as from the responses to our anonymous, internal employee surveys to help solve for challenges that employees face. Our team of People Business Partners are also always available for confidential conversations on ways to better foster that open and inclusive culture, especially as we scale and experience the inevitable growing pains together. Additionally, our Talent Development team runs regular manager trainings across the company to better arm our leaders with the right tools to successfully grow their teams and team members. We will continue to have all people leaders participate in these sessions, as we've seen the impact that these trainings have had on teaching great leadership practices moving forward.
