      - Got onboarded in Boston - Managers that really cares about you as a person and as an employee - snacks and drinks at the office, lunch provided 3 times a week. (when working from home, allowances are different but depends on teams) - Great colleagues who all want to help you and happy to jump on calls - Udemy courses available for everyone - ESPP & Direct purchase available for shares - Monthly events - Sales kick of in New York - Events team organizes events in your market that you can attend - Able to make promotion within a year - health insurance from day 1 - pension saving optional - a lot of training

      Pros

      I've been at Datadog Dublin for 2 months now and have been really enjoying myself! The job is challenging, but you learn quickly and always have help when you need it. You learn something new every day and are always kept busy (which I love) There are so many resources available to help you along the way Literally everyone in the company is so nice!
