      Pros

      Excellent product with an emphasis on innovation. The culture is very collaborative, and help is only a Slack message away. Being a disruptor is difficult, but having a company driving a successful culture is hard to find. Comp and benefits are outstanding. Its very rare to jump into a company during a hyper growth phase, so timing is everything.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains. If you cant stand the heat then you don't belong in the kitchen. Expectations are high, but thats to be expected when you are taking over a saturated market.

      I have been in sales for a while and this is by far the best product I have ever sold. In the right market at the right time and the product literally gets better everyday. Based on the rate of high quality engineering, Datadog will likely be the next major SaaS platform in the industry. Organization is very focused on continuous improvement and open to collaborative feedback. Barely skimming the surface from a sales perspective with market penetration but making progress incredibly fast.

      Cons

      Company is growing very quickly so you have some of the traditional growing pains. Organizations trying to keep up with hiring to staff necessary roles to support sales team.
