Pros
Collabrative work enviorment, fun and up-beat.
Cons
No work-life balance and not a 40 hour per week job. Although the office is fun, it is instantly taken away if managemnt feels you are not preforming. Daily task load is difficult to maintain at qualtly required by management, often seems they do not understand the efforts they are requiring. They do provide training. Product training is adequate, sales training is poorly put together.
