      Pros

      Datadog is a great place to build a career. There is huge market opportunity ahead. Fast-paced environment, lots of change (for the better). Employees are given lots of autonomy. Many smart, yet humble people here. CEO is quite funny.

      Cons

      Hard to identify. Reality is there are many first-time managers, so they have a lot to learn. But the company is investing in their development.

      Pros

      One of the huge upsides to a rapidly growing start-up is the opportunity that comes with. Whether it be career wise or even as a sales rep at the individual level, you are constantly seeing first-hand what it is like to be a major part of a successful start-up.

      Cons

      No cons from my perspective, but be ready to give 110% every day and you will reap the benefits. If you are looking for a slower paced job, where you can get in a mundane routine, this may not be the best fit.
