Great product - old school and outdated sales organization

- Great product customers love to use - great team spirit at IC level

Cons

only a handful of AEs makes quota outdated sales management telling over and over again to do things that worked out well 4-5 years ago, things (and markets) change ridiculous overhiring within the past two years (territories get very granular), new hires are likely to receive account set that has not been touched for years no visible marketing and/or partner strategy

Competitive salary, great benefits, inclusive culture, company culture is to keep it's employees especially if they are willing to change the role within Datadog, good managing style, a lot of trainings and workshops;

Cons

As within every big organization, there is a split of responsibilities which create some flaws on getting things done or communication. Big workload.
