      Pros

      WLB is good. People complain about pay but it's still decent compared to anything non-FAANG. My management chain is good and I don't feel micro-managed. Problems and tech are interesting

      Cons

      Security products are still getting killed in the larger market. They're trying aggressively to grow (including adding headcount) but tbd if their strategy is successful

      Good pay and smart people.

      Cons

      Stingy about Job titles. Lots of people jockeying for position at the expense of others. False claims of bottom up planning, but they rule from the top down.
