      Good benefits, good pay and generally nice people

      Cons

      Very money grubbing with customers. Very proud of the fact that after customer's AWS bill the Datadog bill is 2nd biggest spend for companies.

      Pros

      If you are a budding software engineer with minimal experience in this space, you will be exposed to a lot of technologies that will help you grow and build confidence in your technical skills. If you need a push out of your comfort zone..this is a good experience. Great team mates.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, the culture in Technical Solutions has pivoted from quality to quantity. With increased pressure to hop on calls with customers and resolve issues quickly. Training on the product is short lived and not really monitored. Your development is dependent on your own willingness to learn the product and the many technologies it integrates with. Management is much to be desired and disorganized. The Pay is low.
