Working with an International company with offices all over the world, work with employees who have more than 30 or 40 years of experience in the industry, friendly to military veterans, health/dental/vision insurance at minimal cost, lunch catered each day for $1.50. Flexible environment and business casual dress code. Opportunities for travel.

Cons

Miscommunication between international offices, limited diversity in the office, lack of proper procedures for common activities, lack of modern software for development, a bit frugal with regards to tools and travel. Hard to know the long-term goals of the company.
