Everything moves slowly, manager complains all the time about the company

Pros

The pay is ok, but definitely lower than the market average. The jobs seem to be secure. Some nice people are working here.

Cons

The company is a giant slow mover. Things get done as slow as they can get. I don't see getting a higher rank even if stay and work for 10 more years, based on the 2 and something years I've been with them. My immediate manager always complains about everything in the company, so it seems no one is really happy.

Pros

Employees in US are friendly. They are good products and everything else is missing. Poor customer service It ends there. CEO doesnt have any vision and all she cares about is costs. They spend a lot of time analyzing and developing KPIs without any vision and hoping that the analysis would lead them to the next strategy. They are very slow to respond to any issues. Their vision is to be no. 1 but they have no clue to get there . Always focused on costs and most of the key roles are in Bologna with heavy titles and no accountability. If you are working for a competitor, they will entice you to join with good pay and make you sign non compete agreements. Be ware as you will regret joining this company in the first month itself.

Cons

They are always concerned about costs without any vision. Everything seems to be expensive. Worst management and have no clue on how to treat customers and employees. Worst management with no pay raises for the past 5 years.

Decent insurance - today anyway.

Cons

No direction, poor management, getting hard to get paid what was agreed to, looking like possible financial problems - pay structure going down - much better choices out there.
