Pros

There aren’t really any to speak of. Great co-workers or what is left of them.

Cons

Corporate Management is terrible. North America does not have capable management across the board. Product set is not competitive with today’s market.

Pros

All of the employees who are not in management are really great people. Wonderful team at Oregon corporate office.

Cons

The technology is lacking so much that you cannot be competitive- distant 3rd, at best and not a player in the mobile space at all. Employees of 8- 10+ years are actually paid less than outsiders coming in. If you come from a competitor you might be in good shape until they fire you for their own lack of technology because you have nothing to sell. The Channel Program and reseller avenue has been completely destroyed by poor, disengaged managers and a company culture who believes their US market is far more superior than it actually is. No marketing, no strategy, no CMO, no brand awareness. No leads and no sales should tell you everything you need to know. The supply chain is a mess. For the products that do work, you'll need to tell your customers they will be waiting a while or you'll have to upsell, basically giving the farm away and spending your days making excuses to your customers.
