Datalogic has been a great surprise for me even if it is not a so popular Company. Here in Datalogic I found out that people are so nice and motivated, proud to work in a Company that offers a great opportunity to grow, supported by solid values.

Cons

There are no downsides in Datalogic.

Nice work environment, great benefits (e.g. flexible working hours, very low-cost canteen with good quality meals)

Cons

As a recently hired employee, much information is taken for granted and I sense some lack of coordination among the several departments
