Pros: Great company, they always pay in time. As a contractor, they pay me above industry standards. Don't listen to any of these bad reviews. So glad I took a chance with them!

Cons

Communication. Recruiter hardly ever picks up phone BUT get does email me back and usually calls me back. Answers most of my questions in full as best as he can. Really nothing bad I can say about this company. Hmm well no benefits but again with the much higher pay, how could anyone complain? If anything changes, I WILL update my review.

LITERALLY NO BENEFITS. Job was listed as call center/admin assistant with call center support a specific requirement; however, this job requires NO CALL CENTER WORK. I half understand this as we're considered independent contractors, and especially in this environment, with the pandemic, pickers can't be choosers; however, I am still able to complain.
