I have worked here for 5 years and it is a good company to work for. They brought me in and gave me to latitude to implement new processes and systems. Leadership is quality focused and continually works to improve the company in all phases, Pay is competitive and work environment is great. Leadership does listen to new ideas and will act on the appropriate ones.
