It's an amazing opportunity to start a career in a fast-paced, news-centered environment. The Dublin office is very new and quite small and everyone is very friendly, helpful and welcoming, so the atmosphere is amazing. However, it is not just about the Dublin office, the company itself cares for the employees and strives to provide everything we need. During my training I have been trained by several Senior Managers from other offices. They took very personalized approach with me and as far as I've experienced the company always encourages employees to directly contact any of their staff including Senior Manages and VPs. Every employee's opinion is valued and listened to. It's a very achievement-driven company and the perks are amazing and nothing like I have ever seen before in any other job. It's so extremely encouraging and gives you so many different opportunities to be creative and develop your own interests within Dataminr, as well as professional growth.

After coming from a number of different workplaces where I consistently felt undervalued as an employee, Dataminr has been a breath of fresh air. Training for new hires is extensive and supportive, the benefits are amazing, and everyone is extremely welcoming and open. Never before have I been told I can talk directly with a VP or person in upper management. They pride themselves on maintaining a company culture that motivates and challenges employees. There seems to be a huge potential for growth at this company.
