- Great company culture. Inclusive and engaging. - Fast paced environment. - Open to change and new ideas from everyone. - They place a strong emphasis on hiring the right people. My coworkers are intelligent, capable and fun to work with.

Cons

Due to the speed of growth this organization has had. There is a big opportunity to improve current processes that might be a little outdated.

Pros

A great company that brings together meaningful work thats helps business and government efficiently manage risk and keep their assets and people safe and in the know. The company is a great blend of unmatched technology, visionary thinking and real-world pragmatic use-cases that make it both fun and meaningful work. The Dataminr leadership and overall team is diverse and inspiring. A very welcoming environment and working atmosphere overall.

Cons

Very few - but like any fast growing, fast-paced technology company, there are times when it can be a bit overwhelming. But a high class problem to have for sure.

Great team + talented colleagues. Interesting work. Supportive environment. Meritocracy - hard work rewarded + recognised. Management moved quickly when Covid struck, and have done best they can to accommodate everyone’s circumstances. Lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Need to be comfortable with change to work here.
