Pros

Definitely the people, who are really smart, caring, and driven -- and that comes from the top. The culture has a natural focus on employees, their development and engagement. The product is compelling and the anecdotal stories about the lives we’re saving and/or protecting gives everyone a real sense of mission I’ve never experienced in another company.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, there’s a fair pace of dynamic change, which is not for everyone.

Cons

The same challenges you will find at any rapid growth SaaS company when it comes to change management, scale and product innovation. This is hard work but worth the challenge!
