Dataminr has a really cool product that has found a market niche--but the company is new enough that joining now will still offer the opportunity for employees to shape the future design and direction of the company

Cons

Full of a lot of young, intelligent people, so the competition for advancement into executive roles seems to be intense--but the vibe of company is relaxed enough to make you forget it!

You have also articulated so well the unique culture we have, where you are surrounded by driven, intelligent, and passionate colleagues who move quickly and keep you challenged, while also being relaxed, kind and respectful of each other’s work and time. Over the last year, we have grown all of our offices with a big focus on London, Seattle, and Virginia, and we continue to explore new global options as they make sense for us and our clients.

Everyone is unbelievably helpful and are happy to help you get up to speed. - Everyone is clearly working towards the same goal and understand it takes a team to do so - Relaxed work environment, but everyone is working hard - Very smart, accomplished people - Very interesting projects and work - Management is open and willing to listen to new ideas to improve the organization I love telling people I work here!
