      Pros

      Kind co-workers, free meals and snacks, flexible work hours

      Cons

      This isn't a place where thinking out of the box or questioning the status quo is encouraged, but it's a fine place to work for a paycheck. Management here isn't interested in feedback or improvement. There's a real disconnect between the way the CEO talks about the company and what is actually going on. The positive reviews here are suspicious...No one who I work with is that excited to be here.

      Pros

      Fabulous focus on company culture and creating a welcoming work environment for employees. Newly designed, visually exciting office space with awesome supergraphics designs and cheerful colors. Great employee perks including free daily catered lunch and dinner, fully stocked kitchen with a seemingly endless supply of free snacks and beverages, fully subsidized healthcare plan for employees and their dependents, etc.

      Cons

      Beware of the "Dataminr 15" -- it's easy to put on extra pounds if you indulge in too many of the free snacks and large lunch portions!

      Pros

      Dataminr is a fast-paced, exciting, and stimulating environment. So much is being done to make this an incredible place to work, spearheaded from some of our leadership who wants their employees to be happy, which is just another reason to work here. To be surrounded by brilliant people, who are passionate about making this company grow and succeed is very inspiring.

      Cons

      Depending on the job, this is not a standard 9-5, but they make it easy to stay here!
