However, you have full benefits, sick time off, and paid time off.

Good pay compared to the rest of the same outsourcing companies. Outsourcing companies are at the mercy of firms who use the competition to lower cost but Merrill Communications try hard to get a better deal and give the low paying firms to lesser companies.
