      The cons depend on your point of view. If you don't like change, if change causes you anxiety, if you like a strict Mon-Fri, 9-5 job then Merrill is probably not a fit.

      Rusty Wiley is a transformative CEO - I'd follow him anywhere. You like him, you respect him, and (most importantly) you trust him. Rusty has a vision for the future and a plan to get there (as well as a track record of success to back it up). The DataSite / DatasiteOne brands are ubiquitously known and trusted throughout our key market(s). Clients are enthusiastic about the DS / DS1 experience. Today's "rock stars" are willing to invest in tomorrow's "rock stars".
