The work environment in back-office functions (HR, Finance, IT) are really poor. The senior leadership and managers in those functions need to improve or change to reduce turnover. Complacency with status quo, no focus on staff development, poor communication skills, too many layers in the organization, inability to understand or get into the details and unwillingness or making it difficult to work with each other are common place. Also, the St Paul location needs to be employee-friendly: regular food service, exercise or changing rooms, etc. The location itself is a hard draw to hire white collar workers.

Lots of transition. However, the transition is required due to the fact that our industry is shifting from a service offering to a software offering at the core.
