      Pros

      Interesting products to sell, really nice people, now that there's a new CEO I'm hoping for greater structure and consistency.

      Cons

      It's every market for itself, no real sales training, or consistent message from management. While people are "really nice", management is clueless about helping you advance and achieve your goals, not to mention the company's goals. Lack of structure and consistency at Merrill.

      Hard to think of any. Training is non-existent. Benefits stink. Company has no values.

      Cons

      Senior Management is terrible. Employees are over worked and under paid. Management is removed from the field and the clients.

      I enjoyed my schedule, was able to work whenever I wanted. My direct managers were easy to work for.

      Cons

      Compensation was poor, seems that many folks got stuck into mediocre dead-end positions, company failed at keeping up with the state of the art
