Cons

Management tenure 15-20 years+ is showing signs of inability to maintain client and industry solution focus. It's once innovative services and unrelenting customer service is taking a back seat to maintaining status quo and senior level managers in survival mode.

They will take advantage of you at every chance they get. Hate giving raises, and avoid hiring from within. Managers do not listen to you when you try to tell them something. Terrible experience with this company

Pros

Merrill offers decent first jobs in a professional office environment. Their benefits and vacation policies are pretty good as well. The pay seemed pretty good for the work involved as well.

Cons

There's no upward mobility. You tend to stay in the same position year after year. Management is a bit confusing, and it seems there are way too many cooks in the kitchen at times.
