      Good Life/Work balance Decent pay Decent product that works pretty well Low turnover rates in staff

      lots of politics no opptys for growth backstabbing is common place lack of growth in the market lack of direction from senior mangers

      A good slate of professionals, a flat management structure, minimal bureaucracy, and freedom to make own hours

      Cons

      With exception of virtual data room business, company has not innovated; financial printing and litigation solutions are 2d tier commodities. Not sure where innovation is coming from, management needs more investment in growth.
