      foot in the door if you find a job in the area in which you want to work some 401 K match choice of medical benefits

      Cons

      management will pay as little as possible, that is how they make a profit as a vendor and it shows most employees have a great deal of stress from unhappy clients

      Good work life balance. 5 weeks PTO and low cost health insurance and standard 4% 401k match.

      Cons

      Mental harassment by supervisor and intimidation on pointing out flaws of seniors. New ideas not accepted.QAs work in different squads but don't report to squad leader. So your good work is not transparent to the QA managers whom you report to. Very less professional development leading to less attrition as can't quit with these skillsets. Taking courses outside work and will quit soon.
