I joined Merrill in Chennai, India with 6+ years exp. it was the one of the good company i was worked with good relationship even with top management, they have good working culture not even the larger company have it, this company is having stress free environment and work culture. i was just programmer there but they are not treated me as the small person. I like to working there again.

Investors decisions.. to sold a project to another company with employees.
