Pros

Great pay, WFH, peers were great to work with.

Cons

This company suffers from poor leadership and constant shifts in direction. Product priorities changed so frequently that it became nearly impossible to deliver anything meaningful. There was little strategic planning, and decisions were often made reactively rather than with long-term vision. Unless leadership stabilizes and develops a consistent product strategy, teams will continue to struggle as the company wastes cash.

1. Lots of terrific people in the rank and file 2. Flexible hybrid work environment 3. Great culture of collaboration and unity across functions

Cons

1. The same 20 people are shuffled around in leadership positions in the company 2. Friends and family of leaders are often hired as direct employees, contractors, or agency partners. There are people SVP and above who have no business being in the role and would never get that same job if they had to interview anywhere else 3. Compliance and getting "in" with the right people is often rewarded over competence
