Pros

Very positive experience with Elizabeth on the recruiting team; she was supportive, communicative, and helpful during the interview process (particularly while trying to navigate the assessment of the position/company during COVID, entirely remotely.) So far, I've been very pleased with the flexibility offered - as long as the work gets done, I've been able to make my schedule work around other personal demands. My impression is that the transition to working from home/overall response to COVID has been well-managed. Good teamwork vibes; I feel supported by peers and those above. Lots of information provided during onboarding process to help get up to speed.

No major cons - overall. a positive experience to date.

Pros

A well established and solid company that is the true leader in the industry. Organization never stops challenging itself and its employees to bring change and efficiency. It is great to be at a place where my voice is not only heard but matters.

Cons

The only piece is having to work from home under the current COVID conditions.

Pros

Merrill is an amazing place to work! The company has an excellent culture that puts the customer first. The management team listens to their employees, and they take the feedback they receive seriously from both customers and employees. When their are issues that need to be addressed, they are well thought out and addressed properly. As an employee, it makes you feel like your thoughts and opinions are weighed. with careful consideration. They don't just put band-aids on problems. Everyone that works at the company takes their job seriously, and everyone works really hard. It's so refreshing to work at a company where everyone gives 110%. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and very competitive compensation packages. They also have great insurance benefits, 401K plans etc.

Cons

I can't list one. I love working here.
