Pros
1. Extremely knowledgable engineers, really helpful and humble. Super motivated team 2. Really promising customers, company product has great potential 3. Visionary and experienced CEO (one of the first employees in Snap Inc, Lyft and also worked in other big tech companies, Stanford grad, etc) 4. Open to new ideas, can actually grow alongside the company 5. Insurance (Heath, dental, vision), 401ks, paid time off (lot more than most startups), commute reimbursement, breakfast and lunch provided by the company, etc
