Pros

Datatron is by far the best company I have worked for (and I have worked at a few start-up tech companies). The work is interesting and innovative, and people are excited about what we are doing here. It really is a great group of smart, innovative and caring people. The co founders really care about you and always making sure you have what you need to exceed.

Honestly can not think of any cons right now.

- Great vision, extremely fast paced and transparent culture. - CEO and CTO vastly experienced in various successful startups. Learning 10x than previous workplaces. - Being profoundly technical themselves, they really value your time and effort in every feature and development cycle. - Your technical suggestions and ideas are always discussed and well debated before any key decisions. - Free food/drinks all day long and great benefits/perks.

Cons

You need to adjust to the small company and start-up attitude to feel at paradise like we do.
