great work environment, i really value integrity, clarity, and a strong communication amongst leaders and the team everyone is super friendly and always open to helping one another - there’s no animosity on the team and the CEO emphasizes on the need to maintain the company culture a startup company is always the best way to jumpstart your career when you’re newly graduated - but Datatron is invested in getting you to where you want to be and the CEO is always open to feedback, comments, concerns, or questions. if you have a wish to take on more responsibilities outside your job description, they won’t stop you from that. wearing multiple hats and growing professionally/individually is something that they highly encourage.
