Pros
Datawatch is an okay place to work for young people who may just be starting out in the work force. It can also benefit people who are going to school and/or working on other things in life and need a job with flexible hours.
Cons
There is no room for growth in this company. This is not a company to build a career on. The job itself is very monotonous and repetitive. They do not pay a livable wage. Basic things that can be improved on to make business run better it not implemented. Managers like to enforce rules that they themselves do not follow. They also show favoritism to certain employees. One of the offices is completely run down without basic necessities such as a water fountain along with insects and rodents.
